I’ve always loved stories.
Ask my mom and she’ll humble brag that I could read before I started school (thanks, Mom).
Once I discovered books, I was hooked. Stories opened doors to new worlds, new ideas, and new ways of seeing the people around me. They stoked my curiosity.
That early love of storytelling has powered a 30+ year career in journalism, travel writing, and video marketing. It’s taken me from TV newsrooms to remote rainforests, across continents and into more than a few “questionable” situations (cage diving with Great Whites, anyone?).
Whether I’m interviewing a storm chaser in Tornado Alley, capturing visuals deep in the Borneo jungle, or helping a business market itself online, I’m still chasing the same thing: a great story.
